WHO WE ARE

Dr Bill Tsanidis

CHIROPRACTOR

Bill completed his Masters in Chiropractic from Macquarie University in 2012 and started treating at our clinic (previously Miranda Health Centre) shortly after.

What got Bill into Chiropractic and how does he treat you may ask? Scroll down to find out.

“From a young age I have competed at a competitive level of football (aka soccer) and found myself surrounded by a variety of health practitioners such as chiros, physios, massage therapists, sports trainers and exercise physiologists. Pushing your body to the limits week in week out eventually takes its toll, and so the injuries slowly crept in. Having experienced a few different practitioners, I found the approach my chiro took worked best for me. A mixture of manual therapy, muscle release, joint manipulation and stretching was able to get rid of my niggles, reduce my risk of major injury and kept me on the pitch.

Naturally, I took the same approach when I started treating in clinic. Taking a holistic approach by using a variety of modalities including joint manipulation, dry needling, shockwave therapy and exercise prescription is my plan of attack to get you out of pain and moving better. Before we start treatment, we’ll go through a thorough history taking and physical examination to make sure you know exactly what is going on with your body- where the pain is coming from and why.

Rest assured these principles don’t only work on athletes. Whether you’re an office worker, tradie, weekend warrior, on your feet or sitting all day, or the most important job of a full time mum or dad, we’ll find an approach that works best for you.”
